Unlimited Offroad Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our online returns policy below.

Online Purchases

This policy applies to purchases made through the Unlimited Offroad website only. Returns must be handled through the original point of purchase. Website orders follow this online policy and a RMA is required.

Return Window

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all included parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Packaging must be in good condition. 
  • You must provide your order number and the email/phone used at checkout.

Important: Items that have been installed or show signs of installation are not eligible for return. This includes (but is not limited to) items with mounting marks, scratches, threadlocker, cut/spliced wiring, dirt/grease, or missing components.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special order, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance / final sale items
  • Electrical/electronic items that have been installed or show signs of installation
  • Any item returned with missing components or that is damaged due to improper packaging

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs and will be deducted from the refund.
  • No restocking fee is charged for returns due to our error (wrong item shipped) or verified defects.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If a pre-paid return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect).
  • Items must be packaged securely to prevent shipping damage. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or may receive a partial refund.

Freight / Oversized Items (Bumpers, Fenders, Armor, Winches & Heavy Shipments)

Some large/heavy products ship via freight or oversized carriers and have special requirements.

Freight Delivery Inspection (Required)

  • Please inspect the shipment before signing for delivery.
  • If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt/BOL and take photos.
  • If you discover concealed damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Failure to report freight damage within these timeframes may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Freight Returns

  • Freight/oversized returns require an RMA and may require the item to be repackaged and palletized for carrier pickup.
  • Return shipping for freight items can be significant and is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

  • If you received an incorrect item, a defective product, or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos (item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage) to resolve the issue quickly.
  • If confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair solution, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  • Refunds may be reduced for missing parts, damage, or items not returned in original condition and original packaging. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges through the website.
    If you need a different item, please return the original item (unused/uninstalled) and the original packaging for a refund and place a new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address will be refunded minus original shipping costs, any return-to-sender fees, and applicable restocking fees.

Fitment Responsibility

We sell aftermarket parts and accessories for Jeeps, Broncos, trucks, and other 4x4 vehicles. Fitment can vary by year, trim, and existing modifications.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering.
  • If you have questions, contact us before placing your order and we’ll help confirm fitment.

Unlimited Offroad Centers products are intended for use in heavy-duty applications and therefore not possible to guarantee the performance of any products.  Warranty does not cover damage by the failure of non-Unlimited Offroad Centers’ parts.  The warranty is non-transferable.  The limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the product at Unlimited Offroad Centers discretion.  Consequential costs are not covered which includes loss of use, time, and freight charges.  Products that have been incorrectly installed, altered, or damaged in any applications are not covered through warranty.  Unlimited Offroad Centers SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THESE WEB PAGES AND CONTENT.
