2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend Transformation

When this 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend pulled into Unlimited Offroad, it was ready for more ground clearance, more capability, and more attitude. Our goal? Build a Bronco that looks aggressive on the street but performs flawlessly when the pavement ends.

The Foundation: Protection & Performance

Up front, we equipped this Bronco with the DV8 Ford Bronco MTO V2 Front Bumper, delivering aggressive styling and improved approach angles. To ensure trail durability, we added the DV8 Low Pro Skid Plate, providing critical protection underneath when navigating rocks, ruts, and rough terrain.

For added recovery confidence, we installed the DV8 Xtract 12k Synthetic Rope Winch—because when you venture off-road, self-reliance is key.

Lighting the Way

Trail runs don’t stop when the sun goes down. This Bronco now shines bright with a 20-Inch Elite Series LED Light Bar and DV8 3 Inch Elite Series LED Amber Pod Light setup. Controlled through an RC 4 Gang Switch Panel, the driver has seamless command of every lighting accessory at the push of a button.

Lifted & Ready to Roam

To give this Bronco the stance and clearance it deserves, we installed the Rough Country 3.5 Inch Lift Kit Ford Bronco 4WD 21-25. The added height makes room for a set of Maxxis RZR AT 35" tires wrapped around Method 305 NV Matte Black wheels, secured with a Method Black Spline Drive Lug Nut Kit and finished with a seamless TPMS transfer.

The result? A bold, trail-ready stance with improved ground clearance and uncompromising traction.
